Tiffany Brest is a clinical psychologist with experience working with young people and adults with diverse backgrounds and life experiences. Tiffany has over eight years of experience working in a range of settings that include drug and alcohol, primary school, forensic, psychiatric and private practice. Tiffany is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) and a member of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists. She has also undertaken training in Gottman Method of Couples Therapy (Level 2).
Tiffany utilises an engaging, authentic and supportive approach to achieve the best outcomes for her clients. She works with a range of mental health concerns and her areas of interest include mood and anxiety disorders, peri- and post-natal mental health, trauma, matters pertaining to the LGBTIQA+ community and adjustment to life transitions. She also has a specific interest in working with couples and assisting clients in adjusting to the challenges of parenthood.
