Lyndall’s interest is on understanding and making sense of and better equipping the individual in their present day experience, particularly in light of a history of attachment or relational trauma.
She is highly experienced in the treatment of personality disorders, anxiety, depression and related mental health issues. She has a warm, confident but comfortable style and an ability to analyse and make meaning of experiences in a useful and deeply caring way.
“I am intrigued by the human capacity for adaptation to their experience, and the impact of that adaptation, or way of organising ourselves, on our day to day lives. My intent in working with anyone is that they feel deeply understood, and genuinely helped by the therapeutic process we create together.”
