Michelle is a Registered Nurse with more than 22 years of healthcare experience and a Master of Advanced Nursing Practice. Her career has been built within some of Melbourne’s leading healthcare institutions, with extensive experience in emergency nursing, clinical leadership, multidisciplinary clinical and simulation education, and patient-centred care.

Alongside her nursing career, Michelle currently works within a specialist dermatology practice, supporting consultant dermatologists in the treatment, and management of a broad range of skin conditions and procedural dermatology treatments. This experience provides a strong clinical foundation in skin health and aesthetic medicine.

Michelle founded Évida Aesthetics with a vision of creating a welcoming, professional space where aesthetic treatments are approached with honesty, balance, and a commitment to natural results. She believes cosmetic medicine should enhance confidence rather than change identity, and that every treatment plan should be tailored to the individual.

Drawing on decades of clinical experience, Michelle combines a meticulous approach to safety with a warm and genuine style that helps clients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their journey.
