I’m Laura, an ACA-accredited counsellor with a background in health and wellbeing. I support adults navigating life’s many transitions — whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply need space to reflect and regroup.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in practical, evidence-based support. I draw on therapies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness to help you make sense of what you’re going through, reconnect with your strengths, and move forward with confidence.

 

While I welcome clients from all walks of life, I have a particular passion for working with women at life’s crossroads — managing career shifts, parenting demands, menopause, or caring for others while trying to care for yourself.

Sessions with me offer a safe, supportive space to explore your experiences, find clarity, and feel empowered to create meaningful change — whatever stage of life you’re in.

Outside of my counselling work, I find balance through cooking, music, dancing, time in nature, and moments of stillness — and I encourage clients to discover what brings them joy, too.
