Karen is a sleep therapist with a 25-year background as a sleep scientist and naturopath.
Karen uses a combination of the best of scientific medicine including cognitive behavioral therapy, light therapy, and natural therapies including herbs, nutrition, food as medicine, and exercise to resolve sleep issues.
