I am a Sleep Therapist with a unique background as both a Sleep Scientist (Master Sci Med – Sleep Med) and Naturopath (B Hsc – Nat). I’ve worked in the field of Sleep Medicine since the 1990s, including roles as a CPAP Clinical Educator, Sleep Scientist, and Sleep Researcher.
If you are living with a sleep disorder or you are simply struggling to get the deep, restorative sleep you need, you are in the right place. I work with both children and adults to uncover and resolve sleep challenges – every person’s jmourney is unique.
My approach combines the best of scientific evidence-based therapies with natural, restorative care and natural therapies. Depending on your needs, we may incorporate:
– Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)
– Light therapy
– Herbal medicine
– Nutrition and food as medicine
– Gentle movement, yoga, and lifestyle guidance
