Julia is a Clinical Psychologist who takes an integrative, neuroaffirming and inclusive approach to therapy, tailoring her work to each person’s unique needs and goals. She values strong therapeutic relationships as the foundation for meaningful change and is passionate about supporting clients to build self-awareness, embrace their strengths, and enhance their well-being.

She works with adults experiencing eating disorders and body image concerns, neurodivergence), obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety and phobias, depression, and relationship difficulties.

Julia draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Schema Therapy. She has also completed additional training in Enhanced CBT (CBT-E) for eating and body image concerns.
