Danielle works with adults and takes a strengths-based approach to support clients ability to problem solve as well as respond to their emotions in an effective way. Possessing 15+ years experience working with clients to build self-esteem; self-regulation techniques; ability and tools to cope with extreme situations; as well as building leadership and career success; Danielle has a passion for working with adults and older adults.

Danielle supports adults experiencing anxiety, stress and emotions associated with:

  • being a carer of patient or elderly family members
  • fear of doctors and dentists
  • terminal illness

Taking a holistic and interdisciplinary approach to emotions, mind and body, Danielle utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); CBT for Pain Management; Solution-focused therapy; Positive Psychology; Acceptance and Commitment therapy; and Mindfulness strategies to support clients achieve impactful outcomes.
