Claire Naidoo

Clinical Psychologist

Claire Naidoo is a Clinical Psychologist who works with adults experiencing emotional overwhelm, low mood, relational difficulties, burnout, grief, and life transitions. Her work supports people to better understand internal patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop greater clarity and agency in their lives.

Claire offers a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. She values creating a space where people feel emotionally safe, understood, and able to explore what sits beneath the surface, while moving at a pace that feels respectful and contained.

Claire uses an eclectic, evidence-based approach, drawing on therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills, and EMDR, among others. She places strong emphasis on getting to know each person and shaping her therapeutic approach in response to their individual needs, values, and ways of relating, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.

Across settings, Claire values attunement, thoughtful exploration, and supporting clients to work towards their individual goals — often through curiosity, deeper self-understanding, and reconnecting with a sense of identity and self.
