Carmel Nielsen is a counsellor and psychotherapist and is a member of Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia [PACFA] with clinical registration. Carmel is also a registered WorkSafe Victoria provider of counselling services.
Carmel has a personalised therapeutic approach which draws on person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused brief therapy and family systems therapy depending on her client’s needs.
Carmel has a special interest in the science of happiness, positive psychology, resilience training and trauma informed practise.
