Andy is a warm, experienced clinical counsellor who specialises in supporting individuals, couples and families through life transitions and adjustment challenges. She understands that change can bring uncertainty, whether in relationships, family dynamics, work or personal circumstances, and works collaboratively with clients to build confidence, resilience, identity unhelpful patterns and develop practical coping skills.
Recognising that every person’s needs are unique, Andy tailors her integrative approach by using a range of evidence-based therapies, including solution-focused therapy, acceptance-based approaches, person-centred counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy. Alongside her professional qualifications she understands the complexities of balancing work, family and personal wellbeing and draws on her extensive life and business experience to help connect with clients.
