Dr. Alexandra (Ally) Marinucci
Educational, Developmental and Clinical Psychologist
Ally is an Educational, Developmental and Clinical Psychologist who works with children (aged 10+), adolescents, and young adults. She has experience supporting individuals presenting with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, emotional regulation difficulties, school-related challenges, and neurodevelopmental differences. Ally uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches into her practice. She works collaboratively with clients to develop practical skills for managing emotions, navigating challenges, enhancing self-understanding, and fostering growth. Ally completed a combined Master of Psychology (Educational and Developmental) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program at Monash University. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi) and the Australian Educational and Developmental Psychology Association (AEDPA). Ally is a Board-Approved Supervisor, and has extensive experience working in both school and clinical settings, collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams, and completing psychological assessments.
