Alex is a Clinical Psychologist who offers a warm, non-judgemental, and collaborative approach to therapy. She is passionate about helping people better understand their life experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. Alex places strong emphasis on building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, recognising this as the foundation of effective therapy.

Alex works with adolescents and adults (14+) experiencing anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, PTSD and complex trauma, attachment-related difficulties, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), relationship and interpersonal challenges, grief and bereavement, life transitions, and low self-esteem. 

Her work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Exposure and Response Prevention (MB-ERP), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. Therapy is tailored to each individual’s needs and goals, within a supportive and compassionate therapeutic space.
