My nursing career spans throughout England and Australia, with over 10 years’ experience in acute surgical specialities across oncology, vascular, plastics, major trauma, and emergency care. These experiences have taught me the true meaning of grabbing life with everything you have, while you can. My passion for wellness deepened after qualifying as a yoga teacher in 2024, going into nutrient specific therapy this last year. Combining 10 years of clinical expertise with a passion for holistic wellbeing, I created The IV Lab; a space where tailored IV and IM therapies support the body to recover, nourish, and thrive from within.
