I’m Romy Bursztyn, a Melbourne based Registered Nutritionist, Award-winning Accredited Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Perimenopause & Menopause Practitioner, Breathwork Instructor, and Body Image Coach with 30 years of experience in the health and wellness space.

I specialise in integrative, whole-person care – helping people feel and function at their best by focusing on the foundational pillars of health: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, social connection, emotional wellbeing and beyond, without extremes or overwhelm.

I bring a unique mix of expertise in nutrition, behaviour change, and lifestyle medicine. I’m passionate about supporting people of all ages to enhance their wellbeing through realistic, sustainable strategies tailored to their individual circumstances.

Whether you come to me independently or through a medical referral, we begin by building a clear understanding of your health and what matters most to you – so you can feel more informed, supported, and in control of your wellbeing.

If you’ve been referred by your doctor or another health practitioner, we can work alongside your existing care plan, helping you integrate recommendations into your daily life in a way that feels realistic and achievable.

Together, we look at your nutrition and lifestyle to support your whole health. You can begin to introduce simple, sustainable lifestyle changes that feel aligned with you – making progress feel manageable rather than overwhelming.

This may include movement, stress management and nervous system support, sleep optimisation, future planning, and creating a more balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
