Eliza is an enthusiastic and compassionate psychologist who is committed to helping clients feel heard and supported. She has significant experience working with children, adolescents and young adults across both educational and private practice settings, and in keeping with New Light Health’s neuroaffirming philosophy, she is passionate about creating a warm and collaborative therapeutic space for clients with diverse lived experiences to build on their strengths.
Eliza has a particular interest in assessment and enjoys helping clients gain a deeper understanding of their cognitive, learning, and emotional profiles. She believes that high-quality assessment can provide valuable insights that guide meaningful support, practical recommendations, and personalised intervention. Her areas of interest include assessments of neurodevelopmental differences, cognitive skills, behavioural differences and learning disorders such as dyslexia and dyscalculia. Eliza provides evidence-based interventions supporting neurodivergent individuals, and works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, adjustment concerns, and sleep challenges. Her therapeutic approach draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Psychoeducation
